Exhibitor initial signup will be available on Wednesday, October 6,
2021 at 12:00pm MST (at noon) and close on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 11:59pm MST. All applications received
during this time period will be considered to have been received at the same time. Any applications received after this
time period may be evaluated in the order they are received.
1) Please read the ATOA: SR 2022 Vendor Package carefully.

2) Complete the Vendor Sign-up Form between October 6th and October 22nd, 2021.

3) Applicants will be contacted the week of Monday, November 8, 2021 to Monday, November 22, 2021 in regards to the success of their application. Further details on payment for final reservations will be provided at this time.
4) Once your Vendor booth(s) have been confirmed and payment has been received, you may then order customized options through Shaw Conference Centre's official contractors:

- Deadline for A Taste of Animethon: Special Reunion (2022) Vendor booth(s) request is on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 11:59pm MST.
- Please note that Vendor booths will not be assigned on a first-come first-served basis; rather, Vendor booths will be awarded based on specific selection criteria.
